Hello, I'm Chace. 29, 5'9 and I'm around 230 lbs wanting to lose another 30 for my first goal. Been doing cardiovascular and Stronglifts 5x5 but I need a little support/ now and then. Feel free to add me.

Sometimes I make a cup of air popped pop corn with nothing on it around 9pm to get me through the night.

Sorbet isn't too bad its about 130 cals. per 1\2 cup with no fat and somewhere around 20 g of carbs.

I try to do it once a week first thing in the morning. I've done the every day or every two days in the past and I find it becomes this compulsive obession that starts to wear on your mind if you dont see the constant results.

Try looking at some Sorbet, the stuff I find seems to be much better than ice cream. No fat and about 120 cals. per 1\2 cup.
