I haven't ever used them, but I would be interested about what people have to say as well.

I have the same issue. I try not to step on the scale during that time of he month lol. I also drink a lot of water and that seems to help me.

A lot of it is genetics. Another big part is how well you take care of your skin *no matter what weight your at* moisturize, sunscreen etc.. Some of it could be the photos themselves. I know people who look older in photos then they do in person.

I hate it! But loves what it does for me and how I feel after I push myself. The hardest part is starting :P
