Yes ! Which is why I am here today (ON MFP) ! I was 213lbs and dropped to 175lbs and flew back up to 207lbs and now it's harder than ever to even get below 200lbs! I hate it, but I know what I am capable of so I am striving for it !

Yes run outdside ! Even if it's not on a cool trail or scenic area ! Around your neighborhood could be interesting ! And when you're outside I find check points that help me with speed. After every time i'm like how much faster can I get to this area or a specific item like a bench or mail box. And I think about it all day…

wow thanks ! I really needed this ! I am always way under my calorie intake ! And it's not due to dieting, it's just the way I naturally eat! Small portions and very healthy! It's hard to get in all of those calories! MyFitnessPal has accused me of starvation mode and I hate it ! It frustrates and stresses me out !
