My nana and her daughter my aunt both had ET. I was hoping that was all I had. I have mostly an ET like tremor but PD tremors also.lucky me

We are in Te same boat accept I've seen a neurologist.I had to wait 7 months to see one.about a week before my appt I had a bout of optic neuritis -he said I have symptoms of ms and Parkinson's but still waiting for diagnosis.. Good luck!

sounds like you got it pretty good.reason the fish helps is it s high in omega threes -so is flax oil. eating more soluble fiber like oat bran too helps -do your oatmeal 1/2 bran 1/2 oats. with added gornd flax seeds- beans are high in soluble fiber too -good too, cut out butter,cheese all the good stuff. also some herbs…
