  • My husband and I love chips. We just found a brand called Pop chips-they are all natural and the bbq tastes great. The whole bag is about 300 calories only and we share one bag between us. You can get them at Bargain Shop and Food Basics. These are the only places I know that sells them.
  • I usually have a nestle parlour ice cream bar and its only 120 calories. Sometimes I have strawberries on shortcake with low cal. whipped cream too. I think it stops me from feeling deprived and keeps me going.
  • I would aim for losing 1lb per week to start with and after a couple of weeks change it. I did that and I am almost never hungry now.
