I moved from Maryland to Southern Virginia....Oh, how I miss steamed crabs and crabcakes, sorry, have yet to find decent seafood in Virginia. I miss the custard filled eclairs, Rita's Italian Ice and Pizza John's.

I have been ridiculed while doing cardio in my own neighborhood. I use to let it stop me, but I have learned how to try to ignore it. Hey, atleast I am out there doing something about it.

I have to agree with Beth....I did not give anything up completely. I eat it within moderation. When it come to ice cream, my nemesis, I eat 1 serving of a half of cup. With PCOS it is advised to eliminate white carbs, such as, bread potatoes and rice. Limit your consumption of any and all sweets. I did not give it up, I just strictly limit the quantities. I have to agree with a lot of the ladies here....Keep exercising!! I too took a peek at your diary as well....Your sodium intake looks as though it may be the culprit. You may notice that after minimizing your sodium intake....the water weight will be off in no time. Hang in there, it will be worth it in the end!!
