Not sure what to eat to get to 1400 calories
I live a lower carb, lower calorie lifestyle. My biggest dilema is, by the time I am done my exercise for the day, I am in the negative. What can I eat, that is lower carb....lower in sodium, to make up some of the calories that I burned with exercise?

Does anyone have any good ideas of what type of shoe is good for walking/running? I have the worse issue with the bottom sides of my feet burning horribly. I have more athlectic shoes than I care to admit. I actually do most of my walking in my Nike flip flops.

Breakfast?
I am pretty good at controlling carbs when it comes to every other meal but breakfast. I get tired of the usual eggs and breakfast meats, so I find myself skipping breakfast at times....Which I know is not good at all.
