Ok....I am reading topics about being too low when it comes to what you "net." I am sticking to around 1200 a day. Some days lower, some higher. I think what I am confused about is, I feel as though I am doing something wrong. Yes, I am losing weight, but I have noticed that the scale does not budge that often. Any advice would be great!!!

Yes. You should NET1200 calories. So....if you burn 300 running (or whatever) you need to eat 1500 calories that day. 1500 - the 300 u burned = 1200.0
