Does anyone have any good ideas of what type of shoe is good for walking/running? I have the worse issue with the bottom sides of my feet burning horribly. I have more athlectic shoes than I care to admit. I actually do most of my walking in my Nike flip flops.

If you have foot issues, get properly fitted for shoes at a running store, like Fleet Feet or Road Runners Sports. If you don't have a specialty store near you, there are different tips online for shoe buying:

Any running/walking shoe for pavement will work for you, so long as you aren't doing a lot of trails.0
