If you want a snack....... I mix 1/2 cup of non-fat (0%) plain greek yogurt with a sprinkle (about 1 tsp or to taste) of sugar free cheesecake jello pudding mix.......... It tastes a lot like a real cheesecake and then you can sprinkle your crushed graham cracker in it too for the crust :wink:

I have a hard time with the large multi-vitamins like One A Day, etc. so I buy Centrum Chewables Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Tablets, Orange flavored and they are fine for me.

Yes, I take vitamin D3 daily. After blood work, my doctor put me on D3. I've had to change the dosage a few times and I'm now up to 3,000 IU's a day.
