Hi, I am trying to lose weight. Just recently joined1 a gym and will try to work out at least 3 times a week. I am 5'1" and weigh 190, so I have a lot of weight to lose. I would like to get down to at least 140. I have two teenage boys at home ages 17 and almost 19.
