To this day i have the same problem, and I take in quite a bit of fiber and drink a gallon of water. When i was juicing though I found a bowel movement every morning upon waking up . ginger + celery + Apple + 1 lemon = Healthy digestive system for me on occasions throw a bulb of garlic in that as well

aside from the heart benefits of cardio the only thing cardio really does is let you eat a little more then what your goal is. If you notice if you put how many calories in for a exercise it adds them to your calorie goal. If I am a little over my goal I do cardio to get back under the bar so i am still in a deficit.

My father always fights with me on this exact topic, he thinks if he starves himself he'll lose weight faster when in all reality its the other way around. Hard to convince really big people of this simple concept, subconsciously they think they'll get fat if they eat constantly.

Right there is your problem with so little calories your consuming your body is in starvation mode so whatever you feed it its gonna store it cause it has no idea when its going to get food again. Spread your meals out 2 to 3 hours and try to eat 6 times a day. You should NEVER be under 1200 calories a day
