I've got the same problem, but am staying the course, probably just a adjustment period. You are definitely not alone. Yesterday, I was complaining that I had 'stalled' -- my husband came back with, "No, you're just idling." I like that, and as silly as it sounds, it helped! continued good luck.

I wouldn't obsess so much about the calorie deficits being detrimental. As long as you're getting at least 2000 cals a day, you WON"T be going into starvation mode. It sounds like you put on muscle easily, so cutting out a few extra calories will help shedding fat. The other problem with working out 'hard' for your weight…

Way to go, you seem to really have a great, committed attitude. I'd recommend making sure you are getting enough calories, but cut out ALL processed foods for a little while and see what difference that makes. I think you'd be surprised. Noodles, bread, crackers along with all the 'convenience' foods we eat are soooo laden…

I've never really heard or that, but on 'Biggest Loser' they seem to focus on per centages, at a much quicker pace. Sounds like its working well for you, so if it works -- use it. Good for you. Keep up the good work! :smooched:

I also use the HIIT system, that really helps me look forward to the lower intensity times so I can catch my breath and gear up for the next intense burst. Also, I wouldn't worry about looking like a crazy person -- it will be worth it when you're looking like a slim, sexy, healthy person.
