  • Well I'm a waitress and wear a pedometer...I walk about 8 miles per shift....and work about 4 shifts a week. then I like to go for leisurely walks at night sometimes just to help me unwind. Hiking is fun too!
  • I also try to think of other things snacking/junk food can lead to other than weight loss. Like cavities/bad teeth health, bad skin, feeling slow, etc...that sometimes helps me say no to foods I'm craving. I switched to dark chocolate that is at least 70 percent and above...that seems to help with the chocolate cravings.…
