Haha no. I started in June, I just can't find any full body pictures from when I started because I refused to let people take pictures of me. The first picture was from about a month or two ago. The only contrast I had.

Thank you so much! I was trying to find pictures from when I started, but all I could find were face pics. The only one I could find, I was hiding my body behind a giant check :(

I chose to load it to tinypic.com since they don't require you to make a profile. Then you will copy the url that says for forums and message boards and paste it in your post. Then you just change the uppercase [ IMG] to lower case ones [/img]

Haha, yeah me too. Found a shirt that I really liked for 3 bucks. Was really looking for pants, but they were either way too big or like a size 4. Maybe next time.

bump :(

Well I think you're beautiful, and agree with upping protein and adding in weights and Pilates.

Electrolytes are not salt. Potassium is an electrolyte sir.
-
When I was in boot camp we were required to have a glass of power raid with our meals, along with water. We had too many people passing out from electrolyte loss.

Look up visceral fat. Fat around your organs. Maybe you are losing it first.

Congrats!!! You look great and the outfit turned out pretty good lol. My clothes are just getting to the stages of making me look like a hobo. I'm sorry about your mom. I've honestly found more people being negative towards my weight loss than they were before I started. The thing I hate the most is when people ask how…

Skim milk doesn't have that many calories...

H. pylori is natural guy flora, but if its in over abundance it can cause gastritis and stomach ulcers. It does contain an LPS, so I assume it can affect you like this, but like I said its normal flora. Everyone has it.
-
This is really interesting. I'm a microbiology student and have never heard of the LPS surving the destruction of the cell. It's fascinating. I'll have to ask my professor about it Monday. I only really focused on the immune response though lol. This is very interesting.

My pants literally FALLING off. If I don't wear a belt, someone is going to see butt. Lol.

I wash mine every other day because its healthier that way. I cool dry my sweaty hair when I get home and use dry shampoo. Washing every day makes my roots super oily an my ends really dry

Ugh I hear you. I'm told strength training, lotion, and time is the only thing that helps. I don't have loose skin yet, but my fat is changing. It's gone from smooth and hard to lumpy and droopy. My stomach hangs lower. It sucks
-
Lol thank you for the responses. I just didn't realize my back muscles were so weak lol. I feel like an old person. And my thighs hurt so bad.

Bump?

Negative ghost rider. A calorie is a calorie. The only thing that changes is the other crap in the food. Try again.

I kind of like being sore afterwards. Lets me know I worked hard.
-
I've been drinking a protein shake after working out and do cardio with each workout too. I can easily lift through the soreness but didn't want to be hindering muscle development so I figure I would ask first. Thank you for the responses.
-
Okay thank you. I have been trying to up my protein too.

Waiting for my DVD to come in!

I've used oxyelite pro because the guy at GNC said it would help give me energy to work out on days when I was really tired, not for any fat loss properties. I took less than the recommended dosage and it did help with energy, but it also made my chest hurt sometimes. I stopped taking it. I recommend fish oil and maybe…

Put it in dry uncooked rice.

First of all, congratulations on coming to this point of wanting to change. I'm a lot like you. My advice is to start slow. The more you change at once, the harder it's going to be to stick to this. Change small things. Lean chicken breast instead of thighs with skin and frying, wheat bread instead of white, skim milk,…

I agree. Unless you're downing a gallon of ice cream, don't worry about the sugar from an apple. And my protein is usually too low.
