Lunch ideas for campus.
I'm having a hard time figuring out what to take for lunch everyday on campus. I'm a busy college student and I don't want a sandwich or salad every day.

Sick of being sick
My throat feels like razor blades are stuck in it and my fever keeps coming and going. Is there anything I can eat or drink that will make my throat feel better? I'm already taking medication, but its not touching the pain at all.

First pants nsv!!!
Went to a store while on vacation for Christmas and realized that I now fit into pants that are 3 sizes smaller than the ones I've been wearing!! I've just been wearing a belt and looking like a hobo. I bought 3 new pairs. Hopefully they will be loose one day and I can belt them too.

30 day shred question
I started this last night and im super sore today. Will it hurt anything to skip a night and do the elliptical or something? I don't mean fitness wise cause exercise is exercise, I mean for the program and its results.

Lifting when sore??
I recently started adding strength into my exercise routine and this last time pushed a little hard than I have even. My arms are still really sore. I've heard to wait until you're not sore to lift again so your muscles can build back up. So should I take a break on my arms and do my normal cardio and legs?

How to log HIITs?
Sometimes I do regular cardio on the elliptical or something on a medium resistance for long periods, but how do you long the times you crank the resistance up higher and do intervals?

Exercises to tighten legs
As I'm losing weight, I've noticed my legs aren't as tight as they were. I've been running a lot, using the elliptical on high resistance, and doing calf raises and such. What else can I do to tighten my thighs with hurting my knees?

Protein help?
How much protein should you have in a day? I exercise every single day with sometimes 1 day off a week. MFP numbers seem low compared to what I've heard.

Having a hard time getting enough protein.
I normally only eat chicken and I try to get a meat in for lunch and dinner, but I never seem to get enough protein. Should I resort to protein shakes, because I have a hard time even eating as much as I am now.
