Mock Apple Pie. Peel and slice up an apple as you would to make a pie, add lemon juice and a tablespoon of E.D Smith no sugar syrup, cinnamon and 1tsp of water, simmer until you get your desired tenderness and serve. You can also add a tbsp of cool whip.
