I agree with making fries...they are good. I usually bake tilapia with fish fri seasoning...gives it the texture of fried fish but it's baked! I haven't tried that since joining MFP so can't attest to whether it's lo-cal but it is good.

I would have to say wine...although it's not food, it still adds calories. I usually do well with my allotted calories, but at the end of the day a glass of wine is relaxing. It's best that I don't buy it... :smile:

Ms BrendaLee, sometimes it is discouraging, I know...but look at the bright side, you didn't even gain a pound in two weeks! Thats huge! Just keep doing what you're doing, don't give up. Maybe add a few more minutes to your workout? Hang in there...
