On this site, I find that EVERYONE is an "nutritionist/personal trainer" expert! I have spent some time arguing, but in the end it is just easier to not fight that battle! Yes, there are tons of rude people...just ignore them and move on. I save my fitness related input for people that specifically ask for advice.

I don't have any no-no foods. I have foods I can only eat every now and then and I have foods that I reaaly control the portion size. If you don't allow yourself the foods you really love but are bad for you, when you do finally give in and eat it, your wil definitely eat to much.
