Found this recipe via pinterest, and have been making it for about a year now. I make two batches each time so I end up with 8 loaves. I love it, and so does my family! I have reached one of my August goals! I ran 7.05 miles on Sunday afternoon! Thought I was going to keel over and die, but I did it.

Breast feeding would be my first choice, did it with both my kids, and why not, it's free! But many women have valid reasons for not breast feeding, and there's nothing wrong with that. My older son had to be switched to formula at 6 months, and my younger son was exclusively breast fed.
