Taco Bell, Fresco Chicken Soft Tacos, two of them for 300 calories. Not super filling, but good in a pinch when I'm low on cals and have to eat out. Otherwise, I just eat what I want from wherever and make it work.

That's great! I remember when I was able to get to two miles, it was such an awesome feeling  My current goal is to get up to 7 miles. Longest run to date is 6.43 miles. Keep it up you're doing awesome!

Running only again this month, going for 60 miles. Here's my start from this morning: 1.77 miles running at 12:44 minute mile

Took me 3 months. But, I was very heavy to start with, and the weight fell of quickly. Since I've lost 54 lbs now, it's slowed down some. So depending on where your starting point was, it could be a lot slower than it was for me.

Crazy that it's already August! Well, I will be working toward a goal of being able to run 7 miles. Hopefully doing at least one long run of 6 miles or more per week. Going to be running an 8K in two weeks, out at the beach which should be fun. Running miles goal of the month will be 57.

I ran exactly 52 miles this month! Also walked 13.59 miles, and rode my bike 6.32. Obviously my main focus was running! Total of 71.91 miles this month.

Hi, my name is Megan, and I live in Washington state, on the coast. Current small goal is to get to my drivers license weight by my birthday in October, which is when I need to renew it. That means 26 lbs between now and 10/24. Longer term goal is to lose 150 lbs, more than half of my starting weight of 279. My primary…

@Ron, things going more smoothly with lil miss fitbit? I checked out that website for TARDIS building, I actually have been to it before! Used some plans from it when I built the boy's cardboard ones. @Tru, I can't recall how the subject got brought up, but there's no sleeping in the buff for me either! LOL, I'm too afraid…

Not quite as much as I am, but he does his thing. He's at a fairly healthy weight, and eats well, so it's not as big a deal for him. We've run one 5K together, but other than that we don't work out together. Both of us enjoy running, and he has lost 15ish lbs in the last 6 months. Some days we take turns running and…

On dad's side, Danish is the most prominent, with my ancestor Jesse James sticking out like a sore thumb. There was also a cook for the king of Denmark (1700's I think...). Mom's side is French/German/British with just a smattering of Native American (Nez Perce).

I put on a hotel bathrobe and it covered me with room to spare!

:) Rest day so no ticker progress today

My favorite ever is Papa Murphy's gourmet chicken garlic. Love it! I get a thin crust, and I get eat the whole thing myself over the course of a couple days, because nobody else in my house likes it.

7/27 + 3.16 miles running

Maybe not quite tic tac, but maybe more like a piece of Bazooka Joe bubble gum.

Great smile :)

I know of some people who use a weekly calorie goal rather than daily. I don't do that personally, but it works for some. I'm assuming they go over goal on some days, and under on other, but total it up for the week. You may want to try something like that.

7/26 + 6.43 miles running, very slowly I might add... 14:27 minute mile

^^^^^ This. And it just sounds as if she's given up. Which I find sad.

Awesome job Destanie!

All I can say is, I'm glad I work from home! Unfortunately, hubby doesn't, he's got a 45 minute one way commute. And, if desperate, I could ride my bike to town for groceries. Would take about an hour to get there though.

7/25 + 3.1 miles running intervals pushing a 40 lb kid in a 25 lb stroller... ugh!
