Hello! I'm Stephen. I live near Rockville, MD and work in DC. In the past I managed to lose 60 lbs and hit my ideal weight! Yay! Then I gained about 35 of it back, boo! So I joined MFP. So far so good. I'd like some MFP friends, though. Hint, hint! :)

I'm new too, but I have an idea. Did you double check your diet profile for accuracy? Especially 2 things in there, the first is the reported daily activity level (mine is Lightly Active), the 2nd could be a big error, the Goal setting. I have mine set to Lose 1 pound per week. But there are lots of choices, even a goal…

I too prefer the 'full fat' version. Organic too. I like it with a dried dill, just mix in to taste. If I have a tomato I'll slice and add that as well. Love the idea of Black Pepper, can't wait to try that!
