Your scripture is from the Old Testament, hers is from the New. Many Christians believe that the laws given in the Old were given as a way of life during that time, and the laws/commandments of the New are the ones to follow. It is the same argument why we don’t stone our disrespectful children anymore.

First thing I noticed is that walking for 80 minutes and 76 minutes of softball is not going to burn over 1200 cals. Are you using a heart rate monitor?

Blackened Mix salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper together. Coat heavy on salmon, then put a small pat of butter on a hot skillet (cast iron works best) and lay the salmon on top, coat other side and flip. Everyone in my house would eat this almost every day, and I have four kids.

I am in the Air Force now and I love it. But once I retire, I would love to open up a restaurant with my wife. She is an amazing cook, and I would love to BBQ and sell smoked foods.

I have both, the Nook Tablet for me, and the Kindle Fire for my daughter. The memory slot in the Nook is great for me, and the internet is better laid out. The Kindle has more game options. Overall, they are the exact same in the e-reader aspect, but each have better features for other aspects.

RunKeeper is great. It has coaching options to tell you your time/distance/pace/intervals during your run. All of these options you can select or deselect. It also has an option to listen to any playlist on your iPhone. And it is free. I love it
