I am very lucky my daughter is so not picky. I however don't like asparagus or tomatoes but otherwise that sounds good. :laugh:

I would like to join if it's not too late. Name: Jennifer Current weight: 208.4lbs Goal by 12/31/10: 199 lbs haven't been able to get under 200 even though been close several times. I am doing the HCG diet until the 17th then just going to make healthiest decisions I can and of course go to the gym atleast 5 days a week.

I look up fast food nutrition facts all the time and more often then not it's just not worth it.

My boyfriend is so dang skinny and eats constantly but is trying to not eat really bad things in front of me cause he knows how much I want it. today had a serving of roast beef on bagel thin which was 170 and baby carrots for 70 calories and a diet cream soda.:love:

weighed this morning at 205.6 which is down for last week but not sure how much cause I weigh myself every morning and can't remember all the numbers so I am going for 15 pounds from todays weight. good luck everyone!

I am in for this I am having a hard time getting under 200 and if I can do this with your guys' help I will be close to the 190 mark.

I love spinning! It is really tough at first and if you push yourself it's tough even after you've done it for a while but it is such a good workout and I feel so good after doing it.

Lol That has happened to me at work in my scrubs. I walk around pulling up my underwear all the time. I've just been to lazy and cheap to buy new ones.
