i alwayssss bring my lunch--saves tons of money! typically I will have a small spinach salad with carrots and celery, then a 1/2 cup of brown rice, and a can of tuna. my mother always told me judge by the way your clothes fit!!! if you are feeling results they are there!! that scale is not always nice :) AWESOME WORK!!!!!
