Whenever another woman comes into the weight room regardless of size/fitness/age, I do a silent little "yay!" cuz usually I'm like 1 of the 2 women in the room, and it's always sort of awkward being that one "little lady" with her 15 pound dumbbells.

That's what I suspected. I'll always eat it though. Even if it does have more calories than sugar I think the flavor and texture are just SO much better than the flavor and texture of sugar.

I'm soooo relieved that I'm not the only person who does this. I usually just hang my tops, pants, and sports bras by my window and let them air out between workouts during the week. I only wash them at the end of the week.

For green smoothies, I love pairing spinach with mango. Usually I find mango smoothies too sweet, so pairing it with spinach gives it just the right amount of sweetness and it makes the spinach tolerable, as well.
