I'm in as long as I can use the elliptical for part of my mileage. We have a fitness center at work and I can do this most every day. As an alternative' get a daypack with a full waist belt, load it up wit 30 lbs, and find a nice hilly trail. Gravity is the ultimate resistance.

Make sure you enter all your stats accurately in the profile section. Set a weight loss goal. Use the online tools to define your daily calorie targets. Record everything.
