I don't always eat the calories I burned during exercise. I've only been doing this a little while but i find it slows the weight loss just a little and I have 60lbs to go. If I don't eat those calories I can lose 2 lbs a week.

this is great. I'm looking forward to getting to a number that starts with 1 myself. I just joined the sight myself after a suggestion of a friend. I've been working out consistently but changing my food habits has always been difficult. I'm looking forward to online support. Good for you.
