You are probably right. She has improved a lot, but dancers much better than her have gone home already. It's not right. Talent has to play in there somewhere. Awww....I liked Rick. :cry:

Hungry Girl does a "Broc Star" soup...its just Green Giant broccoli/cheese sauce with laughing cow added and then microwaved. Then you take that mixture and put it in the blender with milk. I use almond milk. It is absolutely deeelish! Pretty low cal, but the cheese is processed, which normally I avoid but in moderation…

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and say today is a new day! Drink a lot of water and healthy eats and maybe even a workout. Those things will make you feel better and lead you back on the right track. I know, I have a lot of bad weekends! :laugh: Best of luck to you. :flowerforyou:

I was supposed to do W1D2 today but I have done something to my back this weekend. Can barely walk let alone jog. I'm so bummed. :sad: So I will take it easy til it feels better and then hit it hard again. Will still keep checking in though. Good luck everyone. :flowerforyou:

Count me in! I just started, did W1D1 yesterday. I have walked as my main form of exercise most of my adult life, but running is all new to me. I made it through it. Felt really great afterwards. I'm excited at the thought of "running" a 5k. :drinker: I'll check in after D2.

Ditto to pretty much what everyone else has said...exercise and try to eat "clean" 90% of the time. Meaning few processed foods or things that have a paragraph of unpronounceable words in it. Lots of fruits and veggies. I do indulge in sweets now and then but ones I made myself. Good luck on your journey. :flowerforyou:

Hey all. I have been a walker all my adult life, but think I'm ready to step it up a bit and try the c25k. I have it printed out and taped to my treadmill and will hit it hard in the morning. Wish me luck!:bigsmile:

lucysmommy....you don't have to add water to cook a whole chicken, it will make its own juice. throw in some veggies....deelish!
