Because I have decided to jump around with the 30DS, I did Day 1 Level 3 this morning. Wow!!! Level 1 Day 3 done this morning. My biggest hurdle to sticking with a workout program is boredom. I get bored VERY easily. I can't do the same workout every day so I can see I'm going to have to jump ahead to Level 2 and mix it up a bit. Hopefully it doesn't kill me. Wish me luck!:noway:

I too have started 30DS before and not finished it. Going to try the Shred, Shred, Cardio...Shred, Shred, Cardio thing. Hoping to persevere through it this time with a little support from fellow shredders. Perhaps a helpful hint for those with knee, etc issues, I do the cardio part on a mini trampoline. Really helps lessen…

I agree with healthychanges. Although in a rare pinch, I think boxed meals are okay, I think it's better to make your own. Take one of the many pasta/veggie dishes on the recipe thread here, make it on a Sunday and freeze single servings in freezer bags. You will get 12 to 14, maybe even more servings. This is what I do…

I too have been drink free since Christmas, and was pretty good that day too. The previous 5 days??? A crap shoot!! :drinker: :drinker: My daughter has gone back to Philly so things can go back to normal. Well we leave for Florida tomorrow for a week so there will be drinking.
