I made this last night....deeeelish! I didnt' have any fresh garlic so I just put garlic powder in the oil and heated it and I did 1/2 italian bread crumbs and 1/2 panko, to give it a little more crunch. YUMMO! :drinker:

I think I am in the same boat as most of you....went thru hell raising my daughters at times, thinking WHEN does this get fun??? But the answer to that is NOW.
