  • when mine was that little, i would put her in a really cute outfit and take her for a walk in the stroller. Sometimes she would just look around other times she would nap, but she never got tired of stroller time in the neighborhood.

  • thank you for replying. i don't intend on doing a juice fast. I am just wanting a way to easily include more raw veggies into my diet. I googled this after posting and concluded I should just do veggie/fruit (green) smoothies and if it is too thick just add some water. I also wouldn't have to buy an additional appliance.…

  • we steam veggies in the microwave a lot, esp broccoli as that is the house favorite. We buy huge bags of frozen veggies, place desired amount in a microwave-safe bowl, cover w saran wrap and nuke.
