  • Okay... second day in a row at the gym done! I am up to 14.5 miles this week! I will be on vacation next week, not sure how I can get my weight calculated. Ugh. And being on vacation.. do I want to log my weigh in? lol

  • I used to be one of their aerobic instructors. :smile: I started the lunch time kickboxing class. (still proud of it!) I like their classes and I like the instructors. I haven't been in a long time because now I work in Carmel and not downtown anymore. It is definitely worth it if you can swing the cost.

  • I am in month 4 of WW and I have had little to no success. I am going back to counting calories and moving more. Plus I don't like to spend money for a weight loss system. I firmly believe moving every day, making good food choices, and counting calories is the way to go. Calories in and Calories out!
