Oh my Gawsh! And I thought I was the only one that went flying off the wagon to stuff as many carbs and sugars as I could in my pie hole as fast as I could! Way to pull it all back in! It's all better from here on out!

I am going to focus on my eating! I need to eat cleaner and stop cheating. The cheating seriously shows up on the scale! Last night I made all kinds of grab and go food!

I think my metabolism has left the body with being over 50! Even on low carb I struggle to lose weight.

I have never made fat bombs... they sound delicious! I am kind of new to all of this so I am really trying to get creative with my foods. Any tips for the newbie? :)

I am going to aim for 75 miles this month. I hope more but for some reason my body refused to do anything productive on Sundays. ;)

Mon: 6,608 Tues: 7,057 Wed: 5,056 Thurs: 7339 Fri: 6993 Not too shabby. But I can't get the scale to budge! It's stuck. :( I'm not giving up but Wowsers! I'm getting frustrated. Grrrrrrrrr I need to up my steps. Right now I feel like I had to start all back over at 2 miles and I think it's time to start going 3 every day.

We got the snow! Ugh! It was so bad out yesterday with the wind, ice, and snow.. I decided to stay home. :smile: got my 2 mile walk in! Tonight I have to stop and visit mother. Then I plan to go straight home to workout!

Just be very careful!!!! If it hurts, STOP. Just the mother in me.. sorry. :wink: It does stink having a limit on the amount you can do, but it will happen. slow and steady!

I just logged 11,609 steps! Whoo hOOOOOO! Got my 5 mile walk in today! I am up to 17 miles this week. I tried to talk myself out of it, then I remember that Blaze Pizza I had today... and I just had to get the drizzle of bbq sauce. =) good bye to those calories. YaY!

I have seem to have lost a day this week. lol Mon: 2 miles; Tues: 3 miles... and tonight I go for the 4 mile walk!!! Tonight I have made a 7:00 pm appointment to do the 4 miles plus arms! I just did 3 fast miles again on the WAH website. It was fun and I really do like it. I wish the cues were a little better, but I was able to keep up! YAY! Monday: 0 Tuesday: 2 Wednesday: 3 Keep on walking!
