September 11: Recliner Day. NFL Sunday. So many games won/lost on a late game field goal.
September 12: I'll take 90. I'm certain I did over that but didn't have my gadget/s on all the time or even look at the clock. Started with a 30 minute step aerobic video which I paced to Steelers Fight Songs. Continued on with laps through the house to the same tunes then finally decided to deal with the heat outside and made numerous laps throughout the neighborhood, same tunes. Woot!! 690-90=600 minutes to September goal.3 -

I really struggled to get 12k/day but I'm going to stick with it... maybe I'll adjust my goal to an average of 12k steps over the whole month. I am having better luck with my weight goal. Down 2.5 of the 5 I want to lose for the month.

Made it yesterday but I think I may need to take a day or two off, I've managed to pull some muscles in my left leg and am now walking with a limp if I go faster than a snail. So if I make even 8000 today I'll take it but honestly all in aiming for is to recover. If it doesn't significantly improve with rest today, I'm considering therapeutic massage for tomorrow.

Got a 2 mile walk in last night and made 63 mins. Did that immediately after work so I could relax during game time. Good part is no inclination to munch during the game either! Got up this morning and grabbed a quick 30 before work. Date night with hubs tonight so probably won't get much more than that but I am cool with that. Have almost 5k steps in already. Hoping for the 10k today but that will be harder. I have a desk job so I have to get creative during the day without looking like a slacker!

Week 2 was still a struggle to get my groove back.
This is getting out of control. Slip sliding..Got my head in the game today. But I've been having more off days than on.1 -
Day 12:
Steps: 8179/10,000 - I had a rough day after work yesterday. I had a headache from riding backwards on the bus and while I did make it to the gym, it wasn't the world's greatest workout. It was too busy and there was a lot of waiting for the squat rack - which I do not like. I can't wait until my gym resumes its regular hours and I can work out in the morning again.
Water: 1500/1500ml - At least I got this one!

I am going to focus on my eating! I need to eat cleaner and stop cheating. The cheating seriously shows up on the scale! Last night I made all kinds of grab and go food!2

Need another day to reign it in and get back on track. So far I'm up 1.5 pounds after all is said and done. Still hoping some of that is water.
Will get official again after weigh in in the morning.
Rested again today from all the dance hours of last weekend. It really was a good time.. but now it's back to business. Still am down several pounds of my 10 pound goal, so at least that is something to work with.
So far, back to keto all day today. Activity....not so much.1 -

My goal for this month is to step up my consistency in exercise and with logging. Want to lose 8-10 lbs this month.2

Sorry for not posting for so long--I have been in Glasgow dropping my daughter off at university and yes, I am that mom that had to stay for almost a week . I didn't have access to Internet, but I consistently hit in excess of 15k steps a day and highest was 30k. Hope everyone is having a great week!5

Hit my 10k steps walking in the door from work so date night with Hubs was relaxing. Went for a motorcycle ride for dinner and fitbit logged riding a bike minutes. Had to delete that! LOL!. Stayed good on calories but carbs were a couple grams higher than I wanted and fat a couple grams lower but very minor so a really successful day all in all. I was bushed and slept pretty good.. All this activity boost has been disrupting my sleep habits but I think that will only last a few days.
I don't think I ever said THANKS!! to all of you for having me in this group. This is an informative group! I am starting to wonder if I should be supplementing magnesium.... Have to keep researching.3 -

Made it back on track from the party week, and the weight is back down.
Tired but happy. Only 2, possibly 3 dance nights this week, so maybe not so hard on the bod overall.
Last night I spent hours fighting off a mega sugar urge and finally went to bed early so I didn't wind up driving to the convenience store for a sugar dose. It was worth it to see my scale numbers this morning. So worth it. I just can't believe how hard my food issues can be, and how much energy it takes to stay on track sometimes.
Sometimes I wonder what else I might have done with my life if this battle wasn't sucking the energy out of me.... well, for the moment, I'm happy and have a nice drive out of the city planned for today.1 -
Not my best week. Down less than a pound. Still trying to hit final goal of 175 by the end of the month. At least I kept macros well. Just was less active than normal.

1 - log every day - I have missed only one day this month which is way improved over my twice a week average, totally steppin it up!
2 - hit all workouts - 33 of 38 workouts done, mostly steppin it up, there is room for improvement here!
3 - measure weekly - ummmm...I might have failed to step up this one...I think I only have one measurement in for September...50% success is not good...0 -

Steps: 6974/10,000 - I suck
Water: 500ml/1500ml - I admittedly did not have any water until the evening. It was a stressful day yesterday.
I am hoping some running around will help me get my steps in today. Running back and forth to customs and warehouses for work, going to the gym, and getting my drycleaning. We shall see.0
