  • I completely agree with you, find out the reason why you are tired and fix that. Learning how to eat properly, sleep properly, take the proper vitamins I believe is key.   • I love pasta!!! I have found substitutes..... tofu noodles or yam noodles next to no cals and I just make a fabulous pasta sauce and voila pasta dish with less than a quarter of the cals and no carbs :)
  • Olive Garden, chicken alfredo, and then gelato for dessert :) But I ate it on a beach so it doesnt count ;p
  • I drink XS energy drinks, they are full of vitamin B and have green tea caffine. Only 8 cals per drink and I think they taste the best :)
