Nor do I! I made a concious choice in February 2012 to stop drinking alcohol, because I kept getting excessively emotional when I would drink...nearly a year down the line, I feel much better, I have a lot more money than I would have done had I still been drinking, and I'm healthy. :D

Not a problem! :D Yeah, I use the myfitnesspal app on my phone, that way I've always got it with me if I'm out and about and need to log something :) It's free too! :D Otherwise I'd log online through the website, but that is less accessible to me so I find my phone easier! :)

Haha, my knees give me a bit of bother too and I'm 20!! ;D I'd suggest taking a little break to try and rest your knee whilst it's still painful- if you continue to exercise on it whilst it's weak it'll be more liable to do some damage! I've had this happen! My toe became infected and as a result I was out of action for a while and on antibiotics..and in a lot of pain! We've got an Aero Pilates machine at home- I've never really used it for weightloss, but it is incredible for toning and strengthening, and improving flexibility, and it helps with alignment and posture. Plus it's super comfy! :D

I'm doing some pilates and extra cardio on alternating days :) I find the pilates helps to ease my muscle aches, so I'd recommend it! :D
