i use nike+ on my iphone & love it ♥
-
i wear mine with anything casual :o)

i just googled it & it doesn't look like calorie tracking is a feature. look in the owners manual just in case! :o)

In case you didn't research your statements or were unsure & expressing an opinion; our stomachs don't shrink from not eating. (google is fairly easy to use & decipher the sites with educated sources vs. opinions). You've been misinformed. example: http://women.webmd.com/pharmacist-11/stomach-problems?page=3 SOURCES: Mark…

are you hydrated? i've felt like that when i've been dehydrated or exercised on an empty stomach. ♥

Maybe you could talk to a nutritionist as well. Not everyone on here knows what they are talking about and different things work for different people. Many insurance companies offer wellness plans, where a nutritionist would be covered. I'm a nurse and have a nutritionist that I have worked closely with for almost 10 years…
-
your hrm is probably accurate but i wouldn't log those extra cals burnt :o) they're accounted for when you list your activity level & how many times a week you intend to work out on here ♥

i disagree with all the force feeders out there; if you're not hungry then listen to your body. eat when you're hungry & don't when you're not. it'd be different if you were underweight or malnourished, but it sounds like your body is meeting it's nutritional needs with healthier choices & if you have energy & feel good,…

bump i'm about 10-15 lbs from my goal & am scared of gaining when i try to maintain!

start buying fresh ♥

you're not alone. i wish i knew how to prevent this from happening! even when i only have fruits & veggies & non-processed foods, it happens.
-
i gained 20lbs in nursing school & it's taken me a long time to take it back off ♥ i'm glad you're thinking ahead to pack lunches, there will be constant temptation! baha & good luck in school girlie!
-
been there & felt that way & then couldn't fit into my fav jeans & was reminded summer is coming & i want to look HOT! you can do it! i'm also 5'3 & HW/SW- 140 & i'm at 123 now, aiming to drop another 10 pounds. it's a slow process, but you can do it & you'll feel so much better doing it the healthy way than finding some…

i use Jillian Miachael's Vanilla Whey & it's only 100 cals & delicious ♥ usually have it after my workouts or i've incorporated it into some of my meals (like protein pancakes!)

lower tolerance as you've lost weight, drink less, & as we age ♥ switch to something you like the taste of & stop once you're drunk so you don't get sick.
-
i'm concerned because i'd have to take out my own malpractice & they aren't covering me workman's comp or anything if i were to get injured on the job. it just sounds like more of a mess than i want to deal with.

you feel this way because your body thinks that is a low number. your body has gotten used to having higher blood sugars, so when you are in a normal range, it feels like it is low. if you maintain good numbers, you won't feel so awful once your body adjusts. :o)
-
first off, ::hug:: second, have you called your therapist to explore these urges/thought processes? i'm glad you recognize these things enough in yourself & are in a place in your head that you can even express them & not just rationalize them off & get sick again ♥
-
i'm a nurse, can deff relate to this! :o/ you'd think being in the healthcare profession, people would be more health conscious? nope baha
-
up your water & fiber & decrease your sodium :o) & be patient, the scale will move again.
-
never skipped a period on nuvaring, good luck! i hope it isn't anything to worry about & just the way your body is responding to the hormone changes.
-
i'm a nurse & you burn about 500 calories a day producing the milk. you can add it to your cardio, i hear it is on here (i haven't looked though) so it'll add it to your calorie goals & you'll have 1800 a day :o) & congrats on the new baby!
-
raw veggies, vitatops, fiberone has a line of bars & brownies & things for only 90 cals, frozen grapes (buy fresh & stick in the freezer, tastes like sorbet), any fruit, oatmeal, & popcorn :o)

i'm here! it'll be 10 years in November since i was diagnosed. i'm also on the minimed pump & it is sooo much harder to lose weight as a type 1 than a healthy person.

i used to do the start over monday mentality & i've also done the last meal mentality too (where the day before you start being good, you stuff your face) & i've found that because it is too easy to undo my hard work like that, i now start that same day. so if i have a really bad breakfast or lunch or didn't workout, i'll…
