i just started spinning! today was my 2nd day & i'm LOVING burning so many calories in an hour & sweating out all the environmental toxins! ♥ it's a fun environment & motivating. the time flies by & watching those calories burn off on my HRM makes me work harder!

avoid fried things & too many carbs... they do a lot of rice & tortillas, so try to minimize them & maximize veggies or be more active to balance it out & you will only have this experience once, so enjoy it & try everything! have fun ♥

i use it as a reward now because i love it & don't see much harm in drinking it (besides the chemicals of course)... so i allow myself a diet soda only if i've reached my water goal for the day. ex- maybe for dinner i'll order a diet coke because i drank enough water throughout the day. that way i don't feel deprived of…

tried it & its a waste of $. i bought the thousand island one & it was really salty & liquidy. i ended up using it along with light thousand island dressing so i was having less calories & still the taste.

yes! even if you ate nothing but twinkies, within the calorie limits, you'd still lose weight without working out at all. working out will speed up your metabolism & help get rid of fat too, so it's suggested as well as reducing calories. ;o)

below 50 carbs a day is considered low, as far as fat... that'll be hard. you're going to need to increase your water too! i suggest starting out slow, lots of lean proteins & green veggies, very little bread products or fruits. good luck!

i graduated with my BA in psychology & can't do anything with it till i finish my masters, so i took a year to get my LPN so i can work until i'm able to do what i'd ideally like to do. :o) i can tell you that being a CNA will suck. they do all the b*tch work; diapers, bathing, feeding, etc.

i did it without the included diet & just limited my calories to 1200 a day with all those pills (which were not fun to get down daily & this was before i found MFP) & it cleared out my insides & i lost about 5 pounds that stayed off ♥
