you could make a giant salad :o) i've recently been making lunches of spinach leaves (20 cals), sliced mushrooms & green peppers (50ish), turkey breast (60), & using 100 cal packs of guacamole as dressing (100) & for under 250 cals, it's a delicious, nutritious, filling meal :o)

completely agree with your mindset, except i have cheat days occasionally (like beginning of my TOM) because sometimes hormones & cravings are too much & i've read places than occasionally eating a lot more cals than your body has gotten used to can help jump start it out of a plateau or speed up your metabolism a little.…

if you find insight on the delayed low's, i'd love to be enlightened too! i have that happen. sometimes when i do something new to exercise or off my typical schedule, my body seems to rebel by waiting 4-6 hours to drop randomly, when i'm not expecting it. :o/

E is great for your hair and nails too! i've been taking E & fish oil both & they've been doing great things. my hair is shinier & stronger & my skin is better moisturized ♥

i didn't feel like they did anything for me. i didn't have any extra energy & wasn't up at night either. they didn't seem to affect my appetite, though i didn't take them long enough to see if they made any difference in my metabolism & the scale. good luck!

i agree to lower your night time basal rates so by morning you'll be a little higher. be careful ♥
