My trick to flip them is two pans covered in Pam. I cook one side and top it with the other pan and flip the pan. Always works without breaking the eggs! (Usually) Top it with the add on's and fold it over.

If you are having trouble with staying under your calories try to eat more fruits and vegetables as they are usually low in calories. Frozen is the best choice over the canned as they are loaded in sodium. You can also try to cut back of the bread (carbs) and see if that helps. Try to eat high protein foods too they seem…
