I just joined. You can add me. I live in PA but went to high school in Jersey and raised two kids there. Wife is from Asbury Park.

I would consider myself a progressive Vegan. Not 100% yet but moving closer everyday.

After having Seitan for the first time about 3 months ago It was a life experience. The realization of becoming more Vegan is within sight. I had a problem with giving up meat. But now, after making it myself several times, there's no end in sight.
