I def need to kick myself out of this now! I used to eat and drink like this all the time and that is how I gained the wieght...beer and late night crappy food. I'm glad I can get the support I need here..thanks! Sometimes someone else telling you "you're doing it wrong" is what you need.

No exercise yesterday even though I had every intention of going....happy hour happened after work yesterday and I ended up majorly slipping up for the 2nd time this week (my diary is open to friends). I need to make sure I stay on track!! I will be at the gym later today.

Yesterday was an off day...AND turned into a massive cheat day...thanks to booze...ugh! Back at it though. It was volleyball day, we played for about 2 hours but we take breaks so I only log 1/2 the time we are there. Burned 223 cals in an hour.

Angimom, I totally felt better yesterday after my workout! Thanks! Today I burned 425 calories today playing vball, jogging and using the elliptical. MFP just glitched and showed me in 5 weeks I would way 000.0 lbs!!! I took a screenshot! :laugh:

wow you look great! I'm the same height and weigh a bit less but my gut is bigger and i have super skinny legs! my goal is roughly the same, crazy how differently shaped bodies are.. keep doin what you're doin girl!!!

Burned 588 cals in 60 min on the crossramp today. not sure how accurate my cals burned are bc my hrm lost signal and I didn't catch it. the machine said more but I based it off what I did yesterday.

I love the button when I way over bc its like "you f*cked up today, stop doing that or you're gonna haon it all back. I started tracking what it says(5 weeks out) in my phone cal so I can compare and see if I'm in the general range for the week. I also note of what I was over/under for that day 5 weeks before. Make sense?

Burned 552 cals in 60 min with the crossramp, treadmill and stairs.

I posted this exact thing earlier today: I'm mostly a weekly weigher.....when i wakeup, after the bathroom, before the shower. I weigh myself until I get the exact same reading(digital) 3 times in a row. or if i weigh 4 times and 3 of them are the same...i will take that one. Sometimes I weigh myself throughout the week…

I have a Polar FT4 and LOVE it. They also dropped down in price quite a bit on amazon since I bought mine, so tha'ts a bonus. It's def better than any estimating a machine or MFP does, especially if I do a class or something.

I LOVE this app!!! Its a great switch up and also love the bonus stuff it gives you the more hours you log. I just wear my HRM when I do it since there is a bit of fluctuation. Watching those how to vids is also awesome because I had no idea what some of those things were.

how are your clothes fitting? have you taken measurements?

How often are you weighing yourself? If I weighed myself everyday, I'd be up 1lb today another tomorrow down 2 the next, etc...and well, that would be frustrating. I weigh myself once a week, the same day, roughly the same time. Don't do it too often or you will go nuts!
