I also work my butt off in the gym, fit in work out sessions with a newborn and 4 year old, and try to be as active as possible while working from home. I do a cheat meal, but not a cheat day. I still try to stay within my calorie range. For me personally, cheat days lead to giving up and I'm not going there again. I have the same thing! Totally looking for ANYTHING to eat around 3:45-4:00pm and I eat dinner between 5-6pm. I have another hungry moment at around 9-10pm, but I refuse to eat after 7pm unless I had a late day. Thanks for the suggestions!

Aww thanks @nz_deevaa and deadstarsunbu! I lost the 30 by having a kid and breastfeeding, and light walking during my 6 weeks. I'm currently 7 weeks postpartum. Edit: Diary is open now!
