  • I am one of those who lost weight on the Atkins plan but found it difficult to keep it off in real life. I have tweaked my low carb plan to be a "smart carb" plan. Take a look at Jorge Cruise "Flat Belly" book. I think you may find that more doable given your schedule...

  • I joined Curves 2 years ago and love it. While the weight hasn't come off as I had hoped, the inches certainly have. I have lost two pant sized since I began and am really loving the way I look and feel.

  • Love the stuff! Not only is it better for you, but it is so versatile. I use it in place of sour cream in many recipes. I prefer the plain (to keep the sugar count down) mixed with a little flavored omega swirl or flavored protein powder and fresh berries.
  • I have given up the fish oil caps and take a liquid, flavored fish oil supplement. Yummy taste and no burps!
