Where is your center? There is no minimum at mine.. I have so much Medifast left over from when I did it before and I just get a few more of my favorites, but don't have to buy anything! Mine is in PA.

30 carbs a meal is pretty low.. My dietician told me 45 carbs a meal and it was doable.. Now, I am on Medifast and some of their meals do contain some whey, but some are just soy protein, but I doing that to lose weight and reverse my pre-diabetes state. Their meals have 10-15 grams of carbs each and 11-15 grams of protein…

I agree with RHSheetz-- People can be on this long term, if they have a lot to lose.. it will take me a year to get to goal..But there is a safe and effective transtion and maintenance program, which I plan on doing with the Medifast Weight loss Center I joined. -- Do your research!

As someone who was anorexic many years ago, I can spot the warning signs in others... Girlfriend. You are beautiful, as you are you at 118. You want to look healthy, not emaciated.. your body is trying to tell you something. Just concentrate on life and filling it with exercise and joy and you will stay beautiful.
