I make them with a touch of margarine, a little almond milk and some almond mozz. cheese (counts as part of your lean).. then I add some salt, pepper, garlic and red pepper.. Very hearty and delicious!
-
The best plan is low fat, low carbs and high protein...hard as a vegan..but I eat lots of soy products and gluten products for my protein..
-
11 months and 72 lbs..
-
Why not try medifast?
-
Yes, I think you are doing okay. the more you have to lose, the more you lose in the beginning.. If you feel okay, stick with it.. Oh, and men always much faster than women.. so keep it up!
-
You are doing fantastic, We are at the same stage in our weight loss, though you are younger than me, keep it up, you look gorgeous!
-
Me too! ignore the others on this site...
-
Me too! Wish my husband would stop grilling and panfrying his meat or just give it up altogether
-
I average 2.5 lbs a week...
-
YES!!! It is Ah MAZE ING!
-
I am about to be 54 next week... I would love more friends too! I am doing Medifast and love it!
-
Thanks guys... I am starting to just,, yes, I will eat "normal" food, I agree with you it is good for you, BUT once I get to transition/maintenance and then they shut up.. Can't wait to show off today, when I see some relatives, I have not seen since before I started Medifast! Have a great Sunday!
-
You're only eating 2 Medifast meals? You are missing some nutrients, make sure you take a multi-vitamen then.
-
You guys have to try with some Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk and crushed ice.. what a great shake!
-
Medifast is not a multi-level marketing company.. Listen do your research, if you are not morbidly obese, don't do it.. but it works! and is healthy..The meals cost about $2.00 each and for $10.00 a day, I was paying that much to eat out at lunch and you pay less for your monthly groceries.
-
There are many different plans on Medifast.. I am very happy with it, but I eat about 1000-1200 a day about 100-125 carbs a day, After their transition and maintenance program I will be able to keep off my weight.. I tried everything else and at my age and with pre-diabetes (and on a vegetarian/vegan diet), high BP and bad…

I add soy protein powder, with the vanilla flavor you may not need milk. Or use unsweetened almond milk, if you want milk (1 carb per cup). That keeps me full and energetic until lunch
-
Bring your own and your computer and work at the table.. that way, you get everything you want and won't have to make up the time!
-
Silk makes an unsweetened almond milk that is 30 calories, and 1 carb a cup! I love it! I am hooked!! I use it in my shakes now too especially the Chocolate Chip Soft Bake with crushed ice.. It is like Cookies and Cream Ice Cream shake!
-
Some people are snobs about Medifast.. they must have old information or twisted it in their mind... You are doing it perfectly correctly and just don't tell them what you are eating, let them see the new melting you and you can all be happy!
-
After you try it, you won't mind the color.. it takes like regular skim milk.. I even drink the remainder in the bowl after the cereal is gone! I like both, but the Cinnamon one reminds me of cheerios.. I just add a little splenda..
-
Medifast
-
I have not, but I think that I will have to when I reach my goal.. after 38 lbs.. the girls are looking a little saggy... how was the experience?
-
Fantastic job.. but how did you do it? what was your plan?
-
I love it!

If you want an effective meal replacement plan, try Medifast.. I get no money to say this, but I lost 35 in 3 months and feel great. I am one of the slower losers. You can just buy the food and use it when you want, if don't want to follow their plan.. also it's great for a diabetic diet, snack.
