I went grocery shopping today. Planned out my food for the week in advance, so that should get me back on track. And I'll probably be registering for my first 5k soon. It's only 8 weeks away! I have some training to do!

Hi all! I've struggled with weight my whole life. I'm 5'1". Right now I'm at about 161 after losing 17 lbs. At my heaviest a few years ago, I was about 190. After I had my son last July, the weight came off easily, and I worked out 6 days a week. Then, I went on a month long vacation to my Dad's and fell off the wagon. I…

Everyone looks great! I'm commenting so I can look back on this for some inspiration. Started at 178. Currently 162. And I'm 5'1". I've hit a bit of a rough patch and am feeling discouraged, but this definitely helped. Looking to get to about 135. I need motivation, and if anyone wants to add me, feel free. :)

I have this same problem, actually. I try to get to 1200, but most days I just can't. And then after exercise, I usually end up way under. I've been curious about this, too. I've seen changes on the scale (down 15 lbs), but not a big change in the way my clothes fit.
