I completely disagree. I don't think this has to do with trusting your finace at all! I'm no expert.. but it seems the feelings of jealousy are stemming from your own insecurities. I do mine first thing in the morning too! It def wakes me up and makes me feel better. Completed day 11 today, up to 85 :)

I also think that the calories burned are severly overestimated. So I consider that when I do my logging- I take my dog out for four 15 minute walks throughout the day(at least) but I do not log this because it was giving me way too many extra calories for my "daily intake" that I didn't think I actually earned. I only log…

Whatever is more challengeing to you. One of the mains reasons for this challenge is to build muscle and stamina so as long as theres improvment from start to finish then you've completed the overall goal.
