I completely agree, but only because nobody should expect EVERYTHING from ANY relationship. My sister provides support to me in ways my boyfriend never could but that doesn't mean I'm going to start a romantic relationship with her. I don't expect ANYTHING from my boyfriend except unconditional love and if he wasn't able…

I see myself having kids eventually so I would have to say alone, and then I would adopt. My definition of family is unconditional love and I believe your partner sharing your love would be a limitation. I could never share the person I was with and would never want to be "shared" either. I am with an amazing man right…

LOVE GEOCHCHING!! I don't always log it as excercise though because sometimes I'm just walking in circles! I'm intrigued by letterboxing! I'll def be looking into it :)

I worked at a jail for a year... if those guys had internet access I think MFP would be the last website they'd be on.. unless they were looking at the sexy success stories! On a side note... There were a couple inmates in my POD (housing quarter) that dedicated their time in jail to their health. They would work…

I def suggest asking for a plate/napkin to put your food on. I also try to bring a water bottle with me wherever I go so I am not tempted with soda/sugary drinks. Or if you know you are going to a social event you could try to get in a good work out that day so you do not feel as guilty :) ..When I am not sure how to track…

I would definately use their diet as a guide. But I bet you'd be more successful if you made your own food and ate foods you liked. My boyfriend and I did insanity (I stopped after the first month) and we ate our own foods. He was very successful sticking to the program and their suggestions for calories/carbs/and protein.

Neither, but I would hire a personal trainer! I'm a social worker.. so winning the lottery would give me a small chance of actually living comfortably for the rest of my life!

Do whatever makes you feel best... The reason we are not suppose to excercise/swim etc after eating because while we digest the "extra" blood in our body is sent to our stomach and digestive system to process the food. When we work out we are taking the blood needed for our digestive sytem and sending it to our muscles.…

yoga/pilates are also low impact and great for stretching :) They don't burn as much calories as say running, but there are many other healthy benefits :)
